In hospitality design, every material contributes to the way a space is experienced. As one of the largest surfaces in an interior, a wooden floor has a particularly powerful role to play — influencing atmosphere, warmth, acoustics and the way different spaces connect. Yet flooring is still often approached primarily as a technical specification.
At WOODlife, we believe there is much more potential. By involving flooring early in the design process, wood can become an integral part of the architectural concept — through species, dimensions, patterns, colours, textures and bespoke designs created specifically for a project.
